We offer extensive renovation services in Somerset West, Stellenbosch, Cape Town, surrounds, Knysna and Plettenberg Bay.

We can provide you with a renovation service that includes any level of involvement from our side depending on your requirements.

If you are planning a renovation you may simply need assistance in the form of a few consultations with an expert or you may require initial concepts to be drawn up, assistance with space planning and interior design or the entire building project to be managed from start to finish and ending with the installation of decor and soft furnishings.

Because renovations can be a daunting (and very costly) task we recommend that you consult a professional before starting. With our experience, knowledge, contacts and resources we can not only help you to choose designs and layouts but help you to choose the right contractors and suppliers for the project.

Finding reliable building contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters and decorators will be an essential element for a successful renovation. Additionally if you are not able to be on site almost every day monitoring progress you may be disappointed with results and this is where we can save you the stress and where we can spot potential issues before they arise to deliver to you a stress free, timely and successful renovation.

The Detail

Initial kick-starter meeting online or on site. It’s great for getting started, sharing your challenges and drawing on our experience. We will answer and gather as many questions as we can in the time provided and make suggestions and recommendations accordingly for the next steps.

Pricing

Our kick-starter consultancy services start at R1,500 for 1 hour. Our online meetings give you a further 30 minutes of follow-up calls.

Price will vary depending on the size of the room or property & the time spent on site.
