Introduction
This contract was to convert a small studio apartment into a comfortable and attractive living space.
Design brief
The brief was to convert this small dark flat from a small insignificant dark, dated studio flat to a light, spacious and modern one-bedroom apartment for management staff of the wine estate.
Outcome
We completely transformed the entrance to this little studio into a light, airy, uncluttered and appealing apartment. We recycled the existing cupboards to keep costs down whilst keeping all the old woodwork and painting and by painting the existing open brickwork white, we were able modernise the entire space for their new residents.
