Introduction
This Beach villa was for sale and was standing empty. The client contacted us in order to help him to stage it to make it more appealing for potential buyers.
Client brief:
The client was concerned that buyers were struggling to visualise this property’s true potential and he was referred to us in order to stage the interiors to feed the busters imaginations.
Outcome:
With a combination of minimalist and neutral new and second hand furniture and accessories which we sourced, purchased, delivered and installed for the client we turned this villa into an attractive home that increased both demand and asking price. The property sold within six months and the new owner bought it together with most of the furniture.
Client review
We were sceptical at first whether it was wise to invest further into a home that we were trying to sell but we are so pleased and surprised by the excellent result!
