Introduction

This project was all about transforming a small family home into an Airbnb-ready holiday rental on a budget.

Client brief

These wonderful clients (and friends) brought us in to help them transform their home into an Airbnb rental home that they could turn into an income generating asset whilst moving to the UK for a couple of years for work purposes. Not only was the brief to make it look as appealing as possible to holiday makers but to also help them source and purchase all the missing items that a guest could require from a holiday rental of this type. 

Outcome

We transformed this family home into a very appealing Airbnb rental which required new bathroom vanities, a wealth of accessories, headboards, curtains, new bedding and kitchen equipment on a very affordable budget. We were also contracted to style the photoshoot for the photographer for a slick and professional finish. The clients informed us that within two weeks of the rental going live, they already had their first booking with an ongoing consistent flow of bookings thereafter.
