Introduction
An exciting project to renovate and furnish nine guest rooms at Hermitage Guest House, Marianne Wine Estate in Stellenbosch.
Design brief
Our French clients asked us to redesign existing farm buildings in order to transform them into nine guest suites with new bathrooms and to project manage the renovation and building works in their absence. Elegance, style and functionality were essential here for French owners of Marianne Wine Estate.
Outcome
We created nine very appealing, luxurious and supremely comfortable characterful & stylish guests rooms out of old, run down, dated and tired existing buildings. We managed the entire project for the owners who were abroad by working closely with them remotely and together their on-site managers to provide them with a stress-free upmarket renovation ready for marketing to the public.
