Introduction
Airbnb-ready residential renovations are hard to achieve successfully alone, so these clients in Marina da Gama called for our help and we hereby feature our remarkable transformation of an unused spare room in their home into a captivating and Airbnb-ready studio apartment.
Client brief
When we embarked on this project, our goal was clear: to create a space that would not only meet the practical needs of guests but also evoke a sense of warmth and charm. To achieve this, we meticulously employed a combination of vibrant colors, clever use of lighting, and carefully curated accessories.
Outcome
Colors played a pivotal role in bringing life to the studio apartment. By carefully selecting a harmonious colour scheme, we were able to create an atmosphere that is both energizing and soothing. Soft, pastel hues were used to establish a serene backdrop, while pops of vibrant colours were strategically incorporated to add character and visual interest.
In addition to colours, we utilized lighting as a key element in transforming the space. Thoughtfully placed windows, skylights, and artificial lighting fixtures were chosen to maximize natural light during the day and create a cosy ambiance at night. This careful balance ensures that guests enjoy a bright and airy environment throughout their stay.
Accessories were the final touch in making the studio apartment truly inviting.
